The Norco™ over door exercise pulley is secured with a webbing anchor that fits snugly between a closed door and frame.  Use the exercise pulley for stretching and improving range of motion and mobility.  The 8 1/2' rope is easily adjusted while doing shoulder strengthening exercises.  This piece of exercise equipment will not scratch surfaces.
