This is the original Bed Buddy® hot or cold pack that provides pain relief for sore muscles and body aches. Microwave it for moist heat that stays hot for up to one hour or freeze it for use as a cold pack. Reuseable and filled with 100% organic materials that are safe for the environment, people and pets.
