The bracket design of this portable exercise pulley can be easily attached to most closed doors.  Use this Norco™ over door exercise pulley for stretching and improving shoulder range of motion and mobility.  People affected by a stroke can use their stronger arm to assist the weaker one while doing shoulder strengthening exercises.  The exercise pulley has a 8 1/2' rope which can be easily adjusted.
