This is our most popular herb pack because it works so well to relieve tension and sore muscles in the neck area. The aroma of the herbs helps to relieve stress and relax the whole body. The long lasting heat soothes the body and gives an overall sense of well being. This herbal pack can be used as a hot pack or a cold pack. To use as moist heat pack just sprinkle with water and heat in the microwave oven for about two minutes. To use as a cold pack, place the herb pack in a plastic bag and chill in the freezer. Patterns may vary from those pictured.
