The Micro-Refrigerator by Medi-Fridge is specifically designed for the transport and refrigeration of medicine vials such as Humulin®, Humalog® and Lantus® insulin, and other injectable medications in prefilled pens such as Byetta® (Exenatide) and Forteo®. The Micro-Refrigerator cools either 6 10ml medicine vials or 2 prefilled pens. Its capacity is .23 liters which can hold any items up to 6 15/16" in overall length and 1" in diameter. This compact refrigerator can operate in either the house or car. The Medi-Fridge includes a worldwide power cord (110V-240V) for house current and a 12-volt auto power cord UL approved. Measuring 8 1/2" L x 3 5/8" W x 4 3/16" H and weighing 1.21 lb, this little lightweight refrigerator is perfect for travel or home use. Refrigerated storage dimensions: 6 15/16" L x 2" W x 1" H. Medication can be stored privately when other means of cold storage is not available or appropriate. This refrigerator cools medicines to 45 degrees below surrounding temperature. Preset switch stops cooling at 39 degrees. Refrigerates betwen 39-46 degrees F when surrounding temperature is between 84-92 degrees F.
