I did not receive what I ordered and was disappointed. Instead I received two packages of with 2 adaptive devices for keys in each package. I was looking forward to receiving 2 packages with 2 light switch turners in them. Again I was very disappointed that I did not receive what I ordered. I did receive the Easy Turn Lamp Switch Adapter. I am pleased with that product. At this point in time I do not plan to purchase anything from LifeSolutions in the future. :( I wish I had the Lamp Switch Turners.

Note: This is the only contact from Ms. Wagner we have seen. Replacements are being sent to her today (5/23/2012). We regret the inconvenience..
